 With a career spanning over 44 years, he has demonstrated unwavering dedication and expertise in the industry. Throughout his distinguished career, David has not only achieved numerous promotions but has also garnered accolades that highlight his exceptional contributions.

His focus on the verticals of estate planning and asset protection has been a hallmark of his career, establishing him as a leading figure in these crucial sectors. David’s commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends and regulations has allowed him to navigate the complexities of estate planning with finesse.

As a licensed agent, David is known for his ability to conduct seminars, sharing his wealth of knowledge with others in the field. Recognizing the significance of movable assets, he has developed a system that holds the potential to significantly increase income for licensed agents.

A creator of   turn-key systems tailored for marketing executives, he has pioneered innovative strategies that empower sales teams.

With a keen eye for networking, George has cultivated expansive networks that have propelled his ventures to success. His expertise as a national sales director was honed over four decades of dedicated service in the direct selling industry.

A dynamic speaker and top-tier trainer, George has captivated audiences numbering in the thousands with his insightful presentations.

His journey is a testament to his unwavering dedication and entrepreneurial spirit, making him a driving force in the realm of marketing and sales.

Scott Garcia

Scott's Bio

Meet Scott Garcia, the “Magic Man”. Scott has been helping clients protect their nest eggs and plan for an abundant future for more than 30 years. He was born in South St. Louis City, attended Affton High School, and received a full-ride baseball scholarship to Central Methodist College in Fayette, Missouri. At an early age, Scott experienced how one of life’s curve balls can take you off course. At age 18, and shortly after college enrollment, he was diagnosed with life-threatening cancer and told he had only three weeks to live. Fortunately, Scott’s medical treatment was successful and after two years he was able to return to school.

While training to requalify for his scholarship, Scott entered the financial services industry with Banker’s Life and Casualty. There he enjoyed immediate success and went on to earn Banker’s Life St. Louis Agent of the Year honors for six years in a row. He was then promoted into management fulfilling a rewarding 17-year tenure. But one day Scott realized the remarkable opportunity of blending his knowledge and product offerings with estate planning services. It was at that point that the industry’s client-acquisition paradigm took on a whole new meaning for him. That led to his founding of Premier Estate & Income Planning, which became a huge success. Now, as ITS’ National Marketing Director, Scott is helping advisors and agents all over the country learn from his proven methods in achieving dramatic increases in client-acquisitions and bottom-line numbers.

Gary A. Loftsgard attended North Dakota State University w/athletic scholarship majoring in Business Economics (1971). His legal studies include the Wills, Trusts and Estates course (Dukeminier & Johanson) at Hamline Law School, St. Paul, MN (1985). Gary later earned the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation in 1994, and thereafter accumulated over 100 advanced planning C/E hours at the prestigious Southern California Tax & Estate Planning Forum in San Diego, California. He has also completed the Executive Education Digital Transformation course provided through the Haas School of Business (Emeritus) at the University of California Berkeley (2019).
